I sent a message to Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer. (I even wrote it myself, without the help of ChatGPT. ?) I received this letter back. I have rarely felt that my opinion was so heard and that I was so valued as a constituent.

I guess the intern sent just the template, instead of the template + content-to-make-you-think-he-read-it.
It’s a bit lame that the sign off message appears twice.
I’m told that, for each issue mentioned in a latter, the interns simply count the number of for/against views, and summarize that to the representative weekly.
Another example of some of our representatives’ devotion to the People.
I received a similar response from Sen. Hawley a while back, though it wasn’t quite as idiotic as Luetkemeyer’s. Just as devoid of any mention of my concerns, though.
That said, I’ve also written twice to Rep. Cori Bush, and didn’t get a response either time…. I wonder if she left nursing because she was annoyed by all those patients’ call signals going off .
