I finished two small tasks on my Bede BD-4C airplane this week.
First, I fabricated and installed backing plates (a/k/a skin doublers) for the VOR antenna and the transponder antenna.
Second, I fabricated and installed the seals for the gaps between the main landing gear legs and the bottom of the fuselage. Scale is a little hard to guess, unless you just happen to know the dimensions of the BD-4C landing gear. These are about 10×5 inches. The actual seal is some sort of heavy duty rubber gasket material. There is an aluminum retainer which holds the seal in place.

It looks like one of the antennas are pretty close to a nut, Are you going to be able to get the antenna lead on there?
