President Bush admitted mistakes but defended his accomplishments in the final White House news conference of his presidency Monday.

I do not like most of what Bush did while in office but I do have to say this about him: he stands up for what he believes and is consistent in his direction. That counts for a lot.
Look, just because Bush stands up for what he believes in DOES NOT make it right. He DID NOT inherit the recession. He DID NOT do anything but waste time, money, human life (due to a war more ridiculous than the drug war), and run this economy into the ground. People, DO NOT give this man any credit. All that is doing is making it ok for politicians to do these types of terrible things. Wake up and realize that we are in the midst of a world crisis here. Send Bush to jail for shear STUPIDITY and lets move on with life. New president, new term, lets hope we got it right this time.
