I was about to go have some fun when Candy reminded me that I needed to write another one of these blog posts. This couplet popped into my brain. Inappropriately (I’m sure), I said it out loud.

Despite the deep emotional injury she has inflicted on my emotional core, today’s tov (good) is laughter… and the people who make me laugh.
By the way, this is my thirtieth finding the good post. Just 12 more months remaining in the year. Why 12 and not 11? Because the Hebrew year 5782 is a leap year. The Hebrew calendar adds a leap month in seven of every 17 years, instead of adding a leap day every four years.
Why 5782? Because according to tradition, the world was created (Genesis in the Bible) 5782 years ago.
