Bonus photo: With the aileron ribs bolted to the torque tube, I did a test installation of the aileron on the left wing of my Bede BD-4C. Wonder of wonders, it fit perfectly with no side-to-side wobbling and no trouble installing the last bracket. 🙂
After confirming that the ribs were exactly the right distance apart to fit between the brackets (38 9/16 inches between the outer edges, in case you are curious), I cut the aileron skin to the matching width. Tomorrow night, I will attach the aileron skin to the ribs and drill the holes in the trailing edge for the rivets. Then I will do it all over again for the aileron for the right wing.
